FERTILIZING
Our research is based on University research. This research emphasizes a slow release fertilizer program with higher nitrogen applied in Fall. We utilize this method in our lawn care programs. All fertilizer and insecticides are composed of slow release granular products. All weed control products are liquid and applied in a safe targeted approach. This method will prevent disease and help build a thick, healthy green lawn.

Early Spring
We apply a pre-emergent granular crabgrass control plus fertilizer. If weather permits, we will treat for annual broadleaf weeds.
Spring
We apply a slow release premium granular fertilizer. We treat for broadleaf weeds such as dandelion, clover and other pesky weeds.
Early Summer Fertilizer/Grubworm Control
We apply a premium slow-release granular fertilizer. We then apply a granular Merit® Turf insect prevention for season-long grubworm control.
Late Summer
We apply a premium slow release granular fertilizer with iron. We target broadleaf weeds at this time.
Fall
We apply a premium high nitrogen granular fertilizer. We target any broadleaf weeds that may be in the lawn at this time.
Winterizer
We apply a premium high nitrogen granular fertilizer. We target any broadleaf weeds that may be in the lawn at this time.
